About this release.
Donruss Optic reprints the Donruss designs on chromium stock. Its Holo parallel is the familiar step up from the base card, with many colored and numbered parallels above it. Downtown is a named insert or parallel within Panini Donruss Optic Football, so it is listed as its own group.
This page lists 6 cataloged cards from the 2020 Panini Donruss Optic Football — Downtown release: Randy Moss, Tom Brady, Derrick Henry, Travis Kelce, Jerry Rice and Emmitt Smith. None carries a rookie label yet. The full release has more cards than this partial checklist.
Compare the finish: base Optic is a smooth chrome, Holo adds a rainbow shimmer, and colored parallels change the border or background. A player’s Donruss and Optic cards often share a design but not a number, so confirm the brand as well.
Keep the release identity intact.
Year, set name and format define this group. A parallel, insert, reprint, regional release or sticker can require a separate identity even when the player and number match. Review the entry notes and original source before treating a copy as a checklist match.
